How do you cultivate an authentic life, career and spiritual practice?

Are you interested in creative methods for growing your career, personal or spiritual life? If so, you've come to the right place.

Whether you're growing a business or developing a spiritual practice, questioning your beliefs or trying to find deeper meaning in life, transformation can be challenging and leave a person feeling a little off center. If you ever feel unsettled under these circumstances, you're not alone.

There are creative tools you can use to find clarity and have confidence that the path you are on is the right one for you.

Imagine what life would be like if you could more easily find clarity amidst the chaos, and know that there are people around you who fully support and encourage you to be 100% your Self, no matter where you are on your journey...

Dear Amy,

Wow. Your dreamwork was amazing! Everything you said made perfect sense. It really shocked me in a good way. Actually, it kind of floored me. Thank you so much for helping me see such a different view of my situation.

It gave me a very warm feeling reading through your dream work.
It was amazing. Not only did you hit the nail right on the head, but you also helped me not feel so alone.

And not just that, but you really rock at just being a good human being... I must thank you once more.... Thanks....The world needs more people like you Amy. It would spin a lot easier.

Thank you so much for listening,
Matt

What you need to do to grow

In order to grow you have to first believe that you are worth your own time and attention. It is necessary that you find a way to honor your process; to know that when you help yourself, not from a selfish perspective, but from a healing place, you inevitably have more to offer those around you. (Start now - have some tea, read a book, go for a walk...do something for you and feel good about it)

It is important to shed old, outmoded ways of being in order to release that which no longer serves you. Those things just get in the way. Moreover, it’s helpful to trust that chaos is a natural part of the healing process and that sometimes surrendering (to Spirit or the process) is the only step you can take.

That’s why building a support system and daily (spiritual) practice, even if you are an atheist, can prove so beneficial. Finding something meaningful that you can return to daily will help you connect with your core.

In order to fully align with your Self it is essential that you pay attention to your dreams – both sleeping dreams and heartfelt waking visions. Your dreams inform your process. They touch every area of your life from the mundane to the ecstatic, from the personal to the universal. You will naturally grow in healthful ways if you maintain conscious connection to the dreams that feed you, but exploring them is only half the process. Engaging them is the other.

I can help you understand your dreams, and teach you invaluable tools for exploring the deeper implications of your life.

For 20 years I have cultivated a thriving, creative dreamwork practice. I’ve helped myself and others grow successful spiritual practices, develop career strategies, and better understand relationship dynamics. As a spiritual director I am skilled at listening and asking the right questions to help you gain insight and find the clarity you seek. My in-depth understanding of symbolism and archetypes helps me see patterns as they emerge in your dreams and life circumstances, giving us deeper insight into your spiritual journey

I know firsthand the challenges of maintaining authenticity and wholeness in this crazy, material-centered world. Without the constant support of my own spiritual director and dream companions I would have found life quite confusing and difficult at times. I am where I am today because I have been willing to listen and follow my inner wisdom, but also because I’ve had the privilege of working with skilled, compassionate guides and mentors.

One of the best ways you can help yourself is to have an experienced guide or companion walk with you on your journey. It doesn’t matter if you are new to the experience or a seasoned “pro.” We all need support and even though the journey is ultimately a solitary one, knowing that there are others to help or listen can ease the effort.

If we are a good fit for Spiritual Guidance, Dream Exploration or Creative Web Strategies, I'll share my vast array of creative resources with you as we journey together, exploring your hopes and dreams, and discovering the right process to support your quest.
